Poor customer service, as there were 4 employees and no one could be bothered to acknowledge our existence in their store. It feels like if you aren’t older and they don’t expect you to have the money to buy something the employees won’t take the time to say hello and ask if they can help you with anything. Have had this experience several times, only time I experience otherwise is when with a family member significantly older than me.

Small shop with a lot packed into it. Inventory varies each time I go there, but the buyer for this place shares tastes with my wife, so a great place for me to shop. Staff is nice, wraps stuff for free, and does a nice job. Prices are a bit high, but try finding this stuff anywhere else in the area.
After 35 years of wearing my engagement ring it broke, and the prongs that held the diamond in place were all worn. Thankfully Pam was able to help me. She explained that my best option would be to start with a whole new setting and ring. She looked through catalogs for me, finding a ring that was so similar to the one my husband gave me all those years ago. I don't know any other place or person that I would have trusted with my precious ring. I love how everything worked out and I would highly recommend Made to Order for all your jewelry needs.
