I dealt with Rachel and she helped me design a closet that utilized all of my space and made it efficient and perfect for my needs. From start to finish the entire process was pleasurable. Rachel and the installers were very professional, courteous and skilled. I would definitely recommend their services.

Hi highly recommend using Closet Factory for your designing needs. They maximized the space of my somewhat small laundry room and provided custom cabinets. The quality of cabinets exceeded my expectations and the redesign turned out better than I could have imagined. Jodi, my designer, was professional, courteous and provided me with plenty of options to choose from. The installer was in and out in half a day and also very polite and did a fantastic job! Could have been more pleased with the process from start to finish and would use Closet Factory again in the future.
My friend recommended Closet Factory when I purchased a town house many years ago. The closets needed a lot of help. I was really happy with the result. I really liked the design and functionality, the drawers, very efficient use of the space. Kathleen did a great job! I am about to move into a much larger house and I wanted the master closet redone before I moved. So I called Kathleen. I told her what I was looking for and she came up with the design that I liked. This time I went with the natural maple wood rather than all white. It came out really nice! The installation guys were super nice and very professional.
