We recently roughed-out a design for our laundry room in our St Pete mid-century modern home and selected Closets by Design of Tampa to do the job. We built in cabinets and counter tops around a stacked washer/dryer, added black stone deep sink that we had purchased, a side-by-side refrigerator with an additional counter and wall cabinets for storage after moving an air handler and a hot water heater to the garage. Jolene was assigned to take my rough drawings and make them into something useful, which she did quickly and accurately. Jolene was on-time for all planned visits to our home and additionally, was always available for phone consultation during the design and planning phase. When the cabinets arrived, they were perfect; no damage during shipping or installation. Now a word about the installation process; it went very well. We did the job in two phases, and everything matched and fit up correctly when finished. Lead installer is named Kevin. I saw that Kevin, like Jolene, is extremely detail oriented and it showed in the final product. Fit and finish were great, and installers Trueman and Sean saw to it that a thorough clean-up was conducted after the cabinets were set...and that was greatly appreciated by a picky guy like me. Bottom line: if you want a pro accomplished, on-time, on-budget and clean cabinet, counter, shelf project completed in your home or garage, I recommend Closet by Design of Tampa. Be sure to ask for Jolene for the consult and design work and Kevin for the installation. You might think this is crazy, but they clearly show that they want to do a good job and insure you are happy with the result. What a concept.

We highly recommend Closets By Design after having such a positive experience with them from start to finish. Dani, our designer, was amazing! She listened to what we wanted (a large reach-in closet in the master bedroom), measured and had a preliminary design drawn up in less than 30 minutes. It was nice to see our ideas on paper so quickly! After a few emails back and forth with changes, and a visit to their showroom (I highly recommend that), we were ready to go. We did have to wait about 8 weeks for the installation but it was so worth it. Ty and Joshua, who came out to do the install, were very nice young men and were punctual and efficient. Everything fit perfectly! We are very happy with our new closet system.
