We planned our wedding in a month (Yikes!) and there is no way we could have pulled it off without Brittany from cloud 9. She was organized, professional, personable, and thoughtful. She really listened to what we wanted and needed for our wedding. Our special day could not have happened without her and I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is getting married. By the end of it all, Brittany felt like a friend to me and I’m so grateful for her time - we loved our wedding !!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Amy from Cloud 9. Amy was our “Month of Coordinator” although she worked with us even ahead of the month of. I am the Mother of the Bride living here in Colorado Springs, while my daughter, Zoe’ and now son-in-law Morgan, live in CA. Both Zoe’ and Morgan’s hearts belong in Colorado and the wedding was planned in Larkspur, CO. So to start Amy had her hands full to keep us all organized and on the same page from a distance. Amy was very quick and responsive to all our e-mails. Amy was so open and receptive to our visions and wishes and just completed the whole package. On the day of the wedding my biggest fear was being too stressed to enjoy this special time. Amy took all the stress out even when I would begin to feel a little nervous, she would reassure me “We got this, it’s under control”. She coordinated with all the vendors so well I truly had nothing to worry about. (Even an approaching rain storm during an outdoor wedding.) She took control and it all went perfect! I Can’t thank Amy enough. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Amy and her assistant did an amazing job and I am super thankful for all they did to make it as wonderful as it was. I have had many compliments on what a beautiful wedding it was and many guests said it was one of the best and funnest (if that’s even a word) weddings they had been too. Now that’s a compliment when your guests enjoyed it as much as you did. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Amy or Cloud9 as wedding planners. You can be assured you are in good hands.
Stop your search, Cloud 9 is fantastic! We worked primarily with Brittany Cook who was a godsend in so many ways. Her calm demeanor and incredible organizational skills kept our planning and budget on track and she was a wealth of information and ideas. She made my half-gelled visions come to life and we could not be happier. We actually miss meeting with her regularly! She took the bulk of the work out of identifying and contacting vendors and had great tricks for keeping costs down or reallocating funds between categories. So many of the creative and personalized touches we had (which guests can’t stop talking about) were thanks to Brittany. We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without Brittany and Cloud 9. If you’re looking for a planner who you can trust, both vision-wise and financially, look no further!
My wife and I got married in the fall of 2019 and it exceeded all of our expectations. Brittany was our wedding planner and she was amazing! From the very beginning she dialed into our personalities and style which made selection of venues, vendors, and design board seamless. Brittany was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept us on pace giving us things to do each month so that coming into the month of the wedding we were already prepared. The wedding itself went out with out a hitch with everything running like a machine so that we didn't have to make decisions and instead just enjoy our family, friends and most of all our wedding. I would recommend Brittany to my closest friends and family not to mention we already have discussed asking her to help us again with other events. It was best decision we made for our wedding and worth every penny. You can not go wrong with Brittany.
Working with Ann at Cloud 9 was an amazing experience! She was able to help us with all of the major/minor details. We both work full-time which made it really difficult to plan a wedding in 6 months. She helped out with everything from venue, band, lighting, floral arrangements, booking a photographer, rehearsal dinner etc. Cloud 9 helped us create an incredibly beautiful wedding that had rustic elements that my wife and I wanted, merged with a very elegant and formal feel that my mother-in-law wanted. Of course I have a bias, but the end product was simply amazing! Ann has an amazing way of pushing the process along in an assertive way, without coming across demanding or rude [in fact she is incredibly sweet]. She kept the two of us on track with the entire process and made wedding day a piece of cake. – Tony
