Owner was pretty rude. Was talking with someone then had an important text message come through as I was reading and thinking of my response the owner came up and told me not to be loitering. As I was trying to speak to him and apologized before he interrupted me to tell me "hey you're just standing there texting in the corner, just warning you don't be loitering in the store is not a texting place" I feel like the owner just wanted me gone. Yes I was on my phone waiting for the matches to start. I see the owner had a military policy "NO phone, MTG ONLY MTG is life, get out of not." I had just walked in and was talking to one of the other costumers about playing commander. Waiting on the person I was talking with to start his round. Then the long text came in (I'm a slow reader so a really long message for me) Then the owner came. I wish he would of just through me out and spit on me than to shame me out the door for texting in his store. I already have been having a bad day with work and paper work being lost. So I came to the store to cheer up and make some new friends in a new place at little nowheres vil, IL I have only played magic a hand full of times and was curious how to play Commander. Everyone was still setting up to play. So I didn't think text was going to be a problem. I feel bad I couldn't even watch the match start. And that the owner had to stop what he was doing walk out of his way to basically tell me to leave. Shame how fall small business fall. No review on the store was asked to leave before I saw to much. But if magic the gathering is your life than the owner is the guy for you.

New owner is a real G and knows a lot about his TCGs and tabletop RPGs. If you want a good deal on Magic cards, this is the place to be.
Finally a place with Legacy players. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly to me. They have events for all sorts of formats.
