Ally, I really appreciate the help that you provided me today, of the few times I’ve reach out to get assistance in setting up my account you are the first individual to take the time and fully assist me with the issue. You provided precise and clear instructions the entire conversation, much appreciated! 10/10 would recommend you to assist more individuals!

Our house and shed flooded twice the month we moved in because the thresholds were installed incorrectly and management didn’t think it was important enough to send anyone out until the following week. The upstairs and downstairs heating and air wiring were switched around, one of the bedrooms will not heat in winter and no one can sleep in it during that time. We have been living with a rodent infestation (and all the urine and droppings that come with it) since winter 2017. Someone has come out 4 times but we still hear them in the walls and ceilings. We are in brand new housing and we cannot make use of our kitchen drawers because they climb on and defecate in our eating and cooking utensils. All we get told is that it’s a desert and this used to be a field and mice get cold. *During one visit to the housing office my husband was leaving the building with paperwork in one hand and reaching into his pocket for his hat with the other. The person he had dealt with ran after him to the door and snapped something about not wearing a hat. He held it up in his hand, put it on and kept walking. She got white lady offended and literally told the cops. That’s right, she emailed security forces to tell them that he was walking around without a cover, “laughed at her”, and also complained about his hair.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The maintenance people who fix your work orders will have the best attitude and work with you! They are the only part of housing I can appreciate Everyone else involved is terrible. We've had several issues with the housing office, they either messed up our pay, lied and blamed us for not providing them information we gave them the first day, \misplaced\ digital iPad photos of the house before we moved in to provide on our final out. Most of the techs who work in the office or the receptionist at the maintenance office are rude and have an attitude. We had several work orders done because the houses are built terribly We've seen maintenance people super glue the flooring back down, paint over mold!!! This is what they've been instructed to do to correct the issues. We had birds living in our dryer vent, we called it in and were told there was nothing they could do.....I had to take care of a live bird in my dryer vent and cut everything open only to find 3 dead birds in the vent along with a wild bird in my laundry room. The AC vent in the stairway in New housing have not been cleaned or required to be cleaned since they were built! So there will be dust in your house everywhere! We were charged over 1000 on our final out day ......for grass and edge trimming.. and they will not sign you off on your checklist until you pay. I do not recommend moving here unless you want to go back and forth with an office that only cares about money and blaming you for it.

BEWARE! Terrible look for something off base to rent or buy. Don't be fooled by the pictures new housing is built so cheap. You can hear every creek upstairs, walls are warped, laminate faux wood flooring peels up downstairs, birds like to fly into the dryer vent outside and into the laundry room, a lot of the homes have mice infestation or dead mice in the walls that you can smell. They'll try to charge you like crazy at move out for every little thing. You can be an E-5/E-6 with a family living next door to a E-3 with no kids that has a bigger house. Maintenance is literally the only good part of base housing. Put work orders in for everything so it's all on record at move out.

I’d leave a zero star review if possible. Think about the best customer service experience you’ve had in your life then imagine the exact opposite. This is how I feel about how this development is managed, specifically their maintenance department. Placed a work order for carpet that was fraying at the seams and tack nails protruding through the carpet..”maintenance technician” proceeded to hammer the carpet and attempt to cut the fray with a pair of scissors he borrowed from me. Placed a work order for the laminate flooring which is peeling throughout the home at the seams. Technician literally glued it down with elmers glue. Go figure, the floor starts to lift after a couple days and glue residue is everywhere. Placed a second work order, guy comes back and re-glues. After I tell him that this “fix” clearly doesn’t work he advises me to buy rugs to cover the floor! Placed a work order from storm water damage to door trim. Guy comes over and paints over water damage.
