Working with Sean and his crew was more than enjoyable. Communication as well as the entire construction process went very smooth. Our backyard is now The Place that our best life memories will be made with family and friends thanks to Land Shark Pool and Backyard Rescue. I highly recommend Sean and his team!

Outstanding job by Sean Mills and his team. Happy to say these boys always cleaned up after themselves. No mess in the street. No mess in my driveway. Nothing but good things to say. Pool is right.

The only builder who gave us a quote and said "we want to build what is best for your family and budget" Spent time with us asking what we wanted instead of telling us what we will be getting. Offered great resources to look at before we made out decisions. Excited to start.

All around great job. Using the old brick from my parents old house was the best touch. We can't wait to start the swimming pool.

Asked for a quote to remodel my pool and deck. Sean came out and provided a quote in a few days. Price looked good so I asked him to come back to finalize the contract. He was a week late to the meeting. First thing out of his mouth was that he needed to raise the concrete portion of the quote by 50%. Ok, so he made an error. Said he would have the new quote right away. It’s been 12 days and haven’t heard a peep. Obviously he has organizational issues. Glad to find out now, rather than be in the middle of a project
