Professional attitude and kind staff however all staff members I experienced were very uneducated on any club river run related questions I had and also extremely unreliable with your information. I attempted VIA phone to update my email 4 times my self and physically went in twice to update my email and requested my lease be email along with the transaction history and I still after an entire year of living here have yet to see even one email from club river run. The staff does not provide a reliable contact number except “Jackie’s cell” who has yet to return any of my emails or phones calls. If I don’t hear back by the end of this week I will be taking legal action on this company for the multiple misguided and false information they have given me and my roommate regarding multiple unexplained fees. Additionally club river run promised 10% off of rent during this pandemic and DID NOT DELIVER, only added fees to our total at the end of our lease.

I just moved in last weekend. Of all the locations I looked at in my search for an apartment, Club River Run checked off all my needs. While my wife and dog haven’t yet moved out here, we needed a location that accepted German Shepherds (she is family!). It is also centrally located, affordable, and has amenities we were looking for. So far my experience here has been stellar. The staff is beyond friendly and willing to assist with any issues. For example, my first morning here I discovered an issue with my hot water. I easily submitted a service request and the issue was resolved first thing in the morning. The office and maintenance staff were quick to apologize and explained what happened. I understand “things happen” and was quite pleased with the response! My wife and I look forward to spending a long time here!

I have lived in the complex more than a long time, ok 20 years. Yeah I know what's wrong here? Well not much really. The office and maintenance staff are very good at listening and helping you with your requests. Considering so many people live so close together it takes a lot of work by staff and maintenance people to keep the residences as happy as they can. Thank you.

It’s always a great experience when you’re moving in. They pull out the red carpet and tell you how amazing it is. Until you move in..... moving into club river run has been one of the worst experiences to date with a management company. Once your in here they will try to take any penny from you and yet not lift a finger to help. Here are some points to look for. 1. Homeless issues: there is homeless running throughout the property and jumping into all the trash. I’ve had my identity stolen a few times since I’ve moved here. I’ve repeatedly complained and sent them documentation on it and still have not done anything to resolve the issue. 2. Office management: once your in the door they will do anything to not lift up a finger. They will give you any excuse so they don’t have to get up for their chair. 3. Forget about your deposit: it’s notorious that we have heard from several tenant and we’ll hear it too, that they just keep your deposit for “redoing all the floors” even if you don’t have pets and without an inspection. 4. Neighbors: since I guess they let anyone in, this place has the creeps come out all day. Ohh and let’s not forget they 50% of the residents here do AIR BNB and the management companies knows these tenants and allows it to happen. 5. Don’t forget to pay: I pay on time all the time, but one time it slipped. On the 4th day they will threaten you with an eviction letter. Also they will make you run in circles in order to make the payment. It like they intentionally want to make you homeless. Maybe they are the reason for all the homeless here. Think twice before moving here. They are all nice and the main fat boy in the office will give you a great act, but once your in all they see is your money and find anyway to take it. I just attached a few photos of a bum going through our trash. The faculty workers did nothing with it and she’s been in there for an hour.
