I recently bought my friend's gaming PC and wanted to move all the parts to a new tower. But somewhere along the lines, something went wrong and I was at a loss for what to do next. I searched & found Coast Computer on Google. I called and spoke with Annette who was very understanding and gave me a quote over the phone. I dropped off my computer that afternoon and had a pleasant chat with her & Tom describing what was happening and was assured that they could fix it. I was given an estimated turnaround time of 1-2 days. The next morning, Tom called to let me know that he had fixed the issue and had my computer up and running. He even reformatted my computer per my request. I went to pick up my computer almost exactly 24 hours after I had dropped it off and everything was up and running. The quote that I was provided over the phone was exactly what I paid. Tom & Annette are both wonderful & kind people who provide honest service at a very fair price. If you're in need of computer repairs, look no further.
