Horrible woman brings package to.your door via fed ex to wrong address so i tell her and she says well too bad she will have to come get it. I call in to tell their office and let me tell you the apple did not fall far from the tree the woman who answered the phone denied any part of the woman and never once apologized for their rude behavior. Highly recommend not using these ppl and go with penske they are courteous and professional.
