Outstanding customer service, attention to detail and prices! We recently purchased bikes from CDA Bike Co. And we’re extremely happy with the customer service. These guys are passionate about cycling and it shows when you walk in the shop. Just look at the pictures on the wall or ask about the multiple group rides they put together. Alex helped us find the right helmet for our fifteen month old, mounted a new rack on our car and sized our bikes. Chris and Alex were extremely knowledgeable when it came to all the products in the shop. It’s reassuring when someone can give you honest feedback on equipment because they use it themselves. If you have any issues just message these guys or go into the shop. They’re quick to get back to you and help you out. Even if it’s operator error.

This is some of the best customer service I received in quite a while. Tyler was extremely helpful and set me and my son up with some nice bikes to ride the Hiawatha Trail. Would definitely be back and we'll recommend this place
This shop is great! The employees provide amazing customer service they are incredibly knowledgeable. I purchased my bike and several other smaller items throughout the years. This is my go to shop. They also do great things for the biking community including group rides they help to support other businesses in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Great experiences with this bike shop, all across the board. They sell quality bikes, parts, and equipment, and the staff have a lot of knowledge and experience with the products they carry. One of my favorite things about this shop is that they do not up-sell. When I bought my first bike from them, they could have easily sold me something much more expensive. Chris talked with me, listened to me, evaluated me as a rider, and paired me with a bike that fit my level of riding. I receive this same exceptional treatment in their service department. Tj is my bike technician and he has always shown such integrity with every interaction I have had with him. Whether it’s repairing versus replacing a part on my bike or he’s educating me on how I ride and the effects it’s having on my bike, his advice and recommendations have never failed me. I just trust him completely. Whether I’m purchasing products or having my bike serviced, I always leave this bike shop feeling like my best interest is at heart. This crew wants you to love riding bikes.
Best customer service I've ever had at a bike shop! Meredith and Chris were so helpful and nice that we decided to buy a new for my son and I wasn't planning on it till Christmas! Well Merry Christmas in JulY!
