I had the worst new car experience ever! I ordered a brand new 143K Maserati Granturismo on a lease and had it shipped to California. The car is covered with swirl marks everywhere as if they gave a rotary buffing machine to a 5 year old and have him go at it! The car under the sun looks terrible there are swirl scratches from a buffing machine everywhere! Whoever did this had no idea what the hell they are doing and why a brand new car needs polishing!? There are even 6 straight scratch lines 1.5 ft long on middle of the hood. I got an estimate of 3000 for paint correction on a brand new car I received yesterday. I filed a complaint with Maserati North America. They contacted the dealer and told me to be patient for a few days the will work it out with them. I will keep this review as is until the dealer fixes the issues with the paint and make it look perfect as it should be expected for a brand new 143k Maserati.
HORRIBLE customer care. I bought a 50k car from them on the promise they would replace the windshield. They went back on that when i had to re schedule the install and refused to replace it. I will NEVER give them or my families (who have bought countless trucks from them) ever again.

Amazing Sports Cars!!!! The Maserati's are spectacular vehicles. Dave Smith Maserati is a great place to do business. Knowledgeable sales staff and super nice showroom. Their coffee machine in the showroom is excellent also.

They have NO new inventory. How the hell can you be a Maserati dealer yet not have a new Maserati on your showroom floor or at your dealership. Talk about false advertising.
