What good people to deal with. I was having my property surveyed by another individual but had a need for a map of an abutting property. Dutch had the only map mentioned in an old deed and the map was not on file down at the town hall. I spoke with Charlie and he had his son email me a copy of the map. Other people I have dealt with in this business cannot be bothered to return a phone call. Charlie and his son free of charge helped me out in a big way. Thank you. If anyone is in need of surveying services these guys should be on the top of your list to call.
