Service is always very slow in the store. Ended up fixing saw myself after they ‘repaired’ it. Only upside is convenience of store location.

I bought a toro z master 2000 series 60” a little over a month ago. I took it back up there one afternoon told them I wasn’t happy with it showed them pictures why, they ended up trying it out for themselves. Which there grass in front of the building was already cut down low. They said it’s mowing like it should and I told them they weren’t mowing anything off that’s why. So they didn’t end up doing anything about it. Went the next week up there talked to Chris the manager he done the same thing as far as mowing with it then took it back to the shop to measure the rake of the deck which they said was right, then they adjusted the rpms to specs and sent me back with it. Still to this day I’m not happy with it and the way it cuts. Tried to trade for another mower for the same price they wouldn’t do it.

I went to STI Turf Care, in Colfax, for the purpose of trying to get a mower fixed. Unfortunately, my current mower is old, and parts are not available. Amber left her position in Service, and guided us, WITH OUT PRESSURE, to the vehicle that we needed. Chris answered all of our questions, and guided us to the next step. Everyone there was helpful, honest and professional. I am SO glad that we went in. We are now customers for life!
