This used to be a great place to park but their service has been terrible the last few times I have used them. My most recent trip the person at the entrance told us where to park and we waited as buses past us. Finally we got picked up and was told we were in the wrong aisle which we explained we were specifically told to park here. Then we literally drove around the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for cars to come in and then picking up people until the bus was completely full and the driver was letting people get on without masks. This is totally unacceptable during COVID times. They advertise they operate with reduced capacity and safety protocols but that is a complete lie.

Payment - We had prepaid the parking. Just showed the prepaid receipt when exiting to the cashier along with the ticket we got when entering the lot, we were good to go. Very easy process. Wait time for Shuttle - 0 min for us. Both to and from ATL airport. Shuttle was there immediately/already so we literally didn't have to wait any minute. Shuttle buss have the clear plastic wall added so they group all seats together by block of two seats due to COVID. Drivers we encounter were professional, nice, and friendly. Overall our experience was very good. We felt safe parked in their lot. Will totally use their service again!

I am honestly very pleased with this parking service. It was very smooth, on time, I felt no stress at all! The shuttle got there and picked me up at my parking spot, which I really liked. I think they're price was great and affordable, so I will continue to use this service from now on. Booking the reservation online was very easy and the app made it all convenient and quick to pull up my barcode to scan.

The only machine that takes cash took my money and there was no employee in the booth to help me. When I finally get the manager, the simplest thing for him to do, he could not go and look at the camera. He made me feel like I was stealing money from the machine itself. When clearly, it shows that I need to be refunded my change for a 20.00 of 8.00. It took over 30 minutes of him pretending that he is doing something to the point where I was being late for my next job at home. I would not park there again
