From our experience as a Contractor at Terrapin Row its been a wonderful place to be at. The staffs are very helpful, Ms. Aziza (The property manager) is always on top of things always making sure everything is on track, making sure the residents have a great experience when living there. She is wonderful person, we are very happy to have the opportunity to work with her.

Besides the price (which is hard to get away from in CP these days) Trow was great. Nice rooms, good amenities, maintenance was timely. The best part is I didnt get charged an arm and a leg upon move out. So props to management.
I really liked living at Trow for part of my junior year. I studied abroad and had to relet my room and Shay was amazing! She helped the entire process go so smoothly! The leasing office, especially management, has always been so helpful and nice.
I would just like to thank Qin who works at the leasing office. During times of COVID, communication is key for residents. He has answered all of my questions regarding the changes in protocol surrounding the pandemic. I appreciate the time he has taken to make my resident experience as great as possible!
