We went in right before closing, the service was great, and the selection for ingredients seemed to all be fresh except the mushrooms. My drink was bomb! And our server was super nice he even gave us bogo coupons. The kitchen guy was super laid back and patient with all my questions. They were also out of eggs but my bowl was still tasty.

I took my liberty to choose my own items and give it to the chef for my dish. The ending result was not bad. The customer service is really good! Next time, i will try to take less sauce.
Stopped by here with my girlfriend and was really impressed with the place. There was a large variety of meat, vegetables and sauces for you to choose from. The food was super fresh and delicious. Service were good. Definitely will come back.
I think it is really need you can customize your meal. I am only going it 3 stars because of the actual concept. This is just not my type of restaurant. I have an aversion to choosing food to eat that has been touched, breathed on and sneezed on by countless people. There were a lot of options but even with the different seasoning and sauces after it was cooked it still didn't pop in flavor. At least for 11 I did get plenty of food. Not sure I will be back. But if you don't mind buffets and the open air selection, you might really enjoy eating here.my family loves it.
I used to work here about 2.5 years ago and we would honor any deals/discounts/promotions available. With the "Hooked" app, we would have discounts used upon redeeming the reward. I pay for Hooked premium now, which gave me the redeemable award of any small bowl for 5.99. I got the small bowl to go on a Tuesday, which they run a special for "Take-out Tuesday" at 20% off takeout, a great deal! However, my deal with Hooked was better, so I clicked to redeem it. The bartender/server was very sweet but told me she wasn't able to redeem the reward because it was takeout Tuesday. A manager sat idly by and overheard our conversation of me mentioning that If this were the happen when I worked there, the GM would comp the % of the bowl where it would equal the 5.99. I was not looking to combine the offers, just get the better deal. She said that the GM was called and they said they couldn't do anything about it, which I find very difficult to believe. If the price is higher, oh well- it is higher, but I find it very difficult to believe that the management team uses these discounts and rewards to draw customers in and then not honor them. In the business I work in, this would be called a "Bait & Switch."
The new manager Chris was excellent taking care of our drink orders making sure staff was prompt with everything. Our server was great making sure we had extra napkins and our beverages were always refilled. Food is excellent. Thank you, great dinning experience. Our children loved it. Looking forward to our next familia outing.
Very pleasant staff and a good vibe in the place. It was my first time there and everybody was very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the experience is fun. If you haven't tried it yet, make a point to do so. But bring an empty stomach and a big appetite, because you'll need it!
