Excellent transaction. The entire staff is knowledgeable when it comes to their product. No high pressure sales tactics. Pricing is phenomenal and they went out of their way to get the deal we wanted done. I highly recommend Sleep City in Colleyville.

Daniel and Justin were awesome! We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Justin more then helped us out! We got the exact setup we have been looking for, surprisingly cheaper than we anticipated. You don't have to worry about them being pushy or trying to over sell you anything! Overall great customer service!

Lots of promises and do not follow through. This is my second mattress and not happy with my mattress or this company. Will never refer to anyone. Be careful and make sure you get all your paperwork and everything signed and in writing. It will cost more money to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee and promised to set the financing to 48 months no interest if paid in full and still not fixed. Be careful. On 1-4-2021 talked to the District Manager and we were able to come to a conclusion and make things right. I am very happy with the conclusion and the outcome. Great customer service by the District Manager. He will follow through with making the customer happy and I really appreciate the call and concern to make things right for everyone. Thank you Isaac and thank you sleep city.

Absolutely love this store, went in looking for a new mattress and was concerned because there was only one sales associate in the store having to deal with me and another family, but Britain was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products and what was available in terms of pricing, she was able to offer us the best deal she possibly could. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone who’s mattress is old and causing them pain, this store is the best thank you again!

Great selection of high quality mattresses. Justin the sales man, he was a pleasant and I had professional sales experience with Justin. I'm really enjoying my new mattress, hopefully it will bring me years of restful nights! Mattresses here tend to be pricey, but you do get what you pay for! Hopefully there's one here with your name on it!!!
