I am not even sure where to begin. We needed someone to come in and care for my mother-in-law. All it took was one call to St. John's Community Care and they sent us Jackie! Jackie was like part of the family. She helped to make my mother-in-law very comfortable and was so caring. She never missed work and always arrived early so that she could transition with the other caregiver. We are not sure what we would have done without St. John's. By having someone come in, it allowed us to continue to work and there was never a doubt or worry that my mother-in-law was not being cared for. The entire staff, from admitting to administration, helped walk us through a situation for which we had never faced. It is never easy to see your loved one ill, but having St. John's provide us direction made all of the difference.
