misdiagnosed. i went to this facility on Monday for three hours which it is now Wednesday. I had white pus on my tonsils and severe pain. The nurse was very helpful and nice. But the doctor came in not knowing what i came for and saying it was allergies. I told him i had white pus on my tonsils. He glanced in my mouth and said tonsil stones. So later that night i was trying to get the tonsil stones out and could not. so i went to patient first this morning and i have tonsillitis. Completely different things. I do not recommend.

Poor bedside manner from professional staff RN DR ect. very carefree....minimal attention give to patient needs in the back front desk staff pleasant and informative.
Please do not go to them went in for bleeding while 10 weeks pregnant the doctor was so rude and gave me the worst outcomes possible instead of keeping me calm. He only performed blood and swabbed test with no ultrasound which lead to immense stress and more confusion.
Had severe side pain and nausea. Everyone at the facility was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. It took awhile for Dr. Hardison to find the cause, but thank God he did. I would recommend this facility to any and everybody. Wonderful folks!
You wonder what's going on in this hospital when they allow for an emergency with major intestinal pain and dizziness to sit for 2 hours and basically ignore him. This is with just one other couple in the vast emergency room. As accomanying family you're made felt as a bother and treated with hostility when you're asking questions - after having waited in the car all that time - all under the pretense of Covid!
