Jared has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Skylar is so amazing. Great to have an associate who listens to what you want and just presents options, never forced me in to anything nor talked down to me. She was really funny and felt like we knew each other for years. The 18 month 0% interest option and upgrade program cannot be passed up. I love to support local small businesses, but Jared's just has always been the best with their stones and customer service. If you are looking for a good jeweler, I highly recommend Jared's.

I stopped by there yesterday to get a new battery for my watch and I must say that I was astonished by the friendly nature of the employees. The last time I needed a battery for my watch (different location and state) the employees made me feel like I was a bother. The ladies at Jared's made me feel welcomed, valued and appreciated as a customer. Based on this experience, I don't think I'll visit another jeweler ever. I give a sincere thank you to the ladies that helped me. Being valued as a customer in spite of your appearance is what customer service is all about.

I had an experience with Jenny and Ramona this week, they were both so kind and honest with me. They were not so focused on my purchase but more on what I really went in there for. The prices were decent and they were finding ways for me to save! Definitely reccomend working with one of these two ladies the next time you go in!
