Walked in around 10am on 2/27/21 and my wife and I were greeted by one of their new employees. He was excellent, really tried to help us but was unable. We were ready to purchase right then and there. Other employees would not help, in fact 2 experienced employees per one customer (which none of those customers purchased anything). We waited, waited, waited , nothing. The poor new employee attempted to find the tv we wanted (85”) but couldn’t tell us if they had it or could get it. I asked the new employee why 2 knowledgeable employees were helping each other and refused to help him. He didn’t answer. I’m beyond the extremely poor customer service that was provided by this location, how they hung the new employee out to fail, and we will be reaching out to corporate Monday morning
