Only thing good here is the customer service. The price you pay for the food and the quality you get is not the same. We paid nearly 30 for two people and the quality of food we received was extremely poor. The chips have been cooked too quickly but have not been cooked fully and are tasteless. The sausage was also cooked too long. The cooks definitely need to be retrained. We had this happened last time but wanted to support this establishment and tried again but again was disappointed. I don't think I will be going back there for quite some time and hopefully things will improve.

The food was pretty bomb. I got the cod and it was so good. It's been awhile since I had fish & chips and this place is the place to go to for it. The tartar sauce was excellent and so was the gravy. I recommend this place to anyone who wants this kind of food. I'll be coming back soon.

Disappointed af. I was really excited to try this place. Unfortunately I am let down. The food is tasteless, literally no flavor and no I do not have covid. The chips were soggy, flavorless and extremely greasy. I will not be returning especially for the price of the food. No offense but Captain D's is WAY better.

Excellent! I had the cod and chips. The fish was great! The fries were great! Looks of the building are deceiving. Highly recommend.

The fish was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Really enjoyed my coleslaw also. Definitely recommend and will be back

We tried the cod and the haddock fried fish & chips. Haddock had a sweeter taste and was cheaper than the cod. Serves was fast and friendly. I like the way they use butcher-style paper to wrap up to-go orders. Fish & chips came out hot and fresh. Just like they do pier-side. Would recommend this place to everyone. Cheerio!

Very friendly service ! Food hot and fresh, delicious fish and chips ! Sausage rolls so yummy too! Not a fancy place but great food. I would recommend for sure we will be back !

This location it has an amazing feel that I haven't had since being back in England. The fish is wonderful and affordable. For a very good, and honestly the best I've had in the springs, experience with fish and chips this is the location to go to. The only thing I wish is that they had Guinness beer battered Nile perch on their menu which is my absolute favorite.
