I'm not one of those who likes to frequent commuter lots, but this one is definitely the best one on 63 and Grindstone. They have parking spots galore and the gravel is just the right size too. You gotta look out for broken glass and stuff like that, but that's what makes a commuter lot a commuter lot, right?
