Ryan was very detailed when going over the home assessment. He really knew what he was doing. We were looking at doing a bath remodel for my mother and Ryan took the time to really understand what her needs where. I would highly recommend Ryan and Simply Independent. They gave my mother joy in living at home.

I really wish there was the option of selecting 0 stars! My doctor’s office had faxed an order to this facility for me and I have never in my life dealt with a more difficult staff member in my life! She was incredibly rude, disrespectful and most un-helpful for anyone in customer service! I would NEVER use this company for any healthcare needs and plan to tell any and everyone I know to do the same!! There’s absolutely no excuse for treating potential customers in such a manner!!
