A favorite lamp of mine got damaged in a move and it wouldn't turn on. The part that the bulb goes in and the switch were broken. It was fixed in less than 24 hours! I was so happy. Great customer service!

After my lamp started smoking, I took it to Vacuums Etc. on Garners Ferry -- they had it repaired and ready to pick up within 1 day! Great service, reasonable price, and nice people.

I took my wife’s Bernina sewing machine in for service. Got it home and it wouldn’t sew correctly. I called them and was told, “It was working when it left here. I’m busy. I don’t have time for this.” We will never use Vacuums Etc. again. They were rude and don’t stand behind their work. I don’t recommend them. Part 2: My wife was so angry about this she took the sewing machine to another service shop in West Columbia today. We will not be coming back to Vacuums Etc.
