received a sweet cat. the cons is that the place was so hot! those poor babies. They dont test for FIV. And they didn't really go over much about the cat. No one greeted us, everyone was in their own world.

We got a great dog here! I was looking everywhere! I was able to look around, take the dogs for a walk before I chose one and sit in dog room
I went here to adopt a friendly dog. I am well around prepared for a furry friend to come home today. When i went up there, they instructed me to fill out an application that will better pair me with one that they had at the shelter. Mind you i sat there for 30 mins just for them to tell me because of my age i cannot adopt. Do not waste your time my fellow college students with your lives together , because no matter how much you are equipped for an animal, it’s nothing they can do for you unless you’re 21. Which is bogus. All those animals sitting around without no homes, i see why with senseless requirements as such. Do not recommend

Animal Ark Rescue is such a great rescue full of many kind people. They helped pair me up with their longest resident of 3 yrs, Lolo (formerly Marlow). They do their absolute best to make sure the match is one that will work, and they've saved countless lives and continue to. I could never thank them enough. They make sure your future pet is vetted, microchipped, and spayed/neutered. I would definitely recommend this rescue! Adopt and save lives.
