The best place to get a car, and sell your car if need be, given them a five star is because that's the highest I can, but You deserve more.. keep the good work up

Drove 4 hours, I arrived 15 minutes before closing to be told, I can’t get my car 30 minutes before closing. CSR didn’t tell me until the day I arrived for pick up, this isn’t my first vehicle. Next day I returned, the process to get my vehicle was extremely long due to entire processing work. If one person was at counter while two people file for hand writing information, it would be faster. An the computer system is even slower, took a while to get to my information, it’s like they’re using dial-up internet. Finally, I got my papers, but I couldn’t get a tow truck that wanted to tow my vehicle because every truck driver hates the extremely long wait times at the counter and they don’t like they don’t always have a yard driver on site ready. Got a tow eventually, Process too slow!

The lady I met on the counter today was knowledgeable and friendly. While the need to social distance due to covid and the fact that office space is not large enough to accommodate all at a time is understandable. The company can bend backward a bit to help alleviate the toll customers have to bear, while waiting on line for service in varying degree of weather conditions in Ohio by providing a shade/ shelter.

Compared to other locations the loading phase of things here is very slow and time consuming. Office staff was friendly and helpful though. And loaded was actually cool. The place just isn't as smooth flowing as some other locations. As with most Coparts, loading area was a crappy muddy lot, similar to muck in a horse stall. Perhaps pavement or even gravel is just expecting too much.
