Shirneal is Literally AMAZING she is super sweet and attentive. She is always willing to help a team member not only to educate but to insure that the team is making each donor feel comfortable during the donation process. Doesn’t matter if she is sticking or screening. When you get taken care of by Shirneal you know what kind of care your receiving. She is consistent. Thank you Octapharma for making my last 2 years donating a great. Experience.
Such wonderful people who work there!!! My first time going they made me feel safe and calm. I almost passed out during and the girl ran right over to help. They were all amazing .
I had COVID a few weeks ago and was interested in donating convalescent plasma. I ended up coming to this place and I had a wonderful experience here. I had tried to donate plasma a couple years ago at a different company, but I was so surprised at how much better the customer service was at Octapharma. Everyone from the nurses to the front desk staff to the technicians actually sticking the needle were so kind, caring, personable and hilarious. They made me feel like I had been coming there to donate forever. They knew the regulars by name. I ended up having a couple reactions to the donation process (nausea and light headed ness) during my donation but they were extremely attentive and caring. They didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed about needing a little extra attention like I felt at the place I had been to before. Meaghan was the nurse I had. She was amazing. Unfortunately I forget the name of one of the floor manager I had who was awesome and her trainee who was hilarious and great as well. The other floor manager (I think) was named Janessa and she was amazing as well. I will be back! :)
This is the cleanest facility in the city. It’s cleaner than your doctor’s office. The staff is great! Shot out to Tara, Mellisa, and Victoria!
