I would like to personally commend Mrs. Heather Davis for the professionalism, patience and determination she displayed while assisting me with my recent application. She retained a calm demeanor throughout the entire process, never once implying displeasure or disdain for the many questions I asked. She allowed me to fumble through records for answers , all the while remaining pleasant and unruffled. Though the process took over an hour, she showed no signs of annoyance. Kudos to this office and to Mrs. Davis for a job well done.

SS office needs to do better about providing services during Covid. Won't make appointments for certain things and want you to snail mail original copies of your ID and other important documents. I needed some stuff done for name change and health insurance purposes that are urgent. Smh

Heather Davis from the Columbus, GA Social Security office was extremely helpful. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help me with my Social Security during the Covid-19 lockdown earlier this year. I turned 65 just after the lockdown in early 2020 and was having great difficulty transitioning to the Social Security system. Once I began working with Ms. Davis, everything went smoothly. Thank you, Ms. Davis for helping me during a stressful time!
