Poor service for management. Manager is a lier and did NOT want to return my watch. She's the female who looks like a boy no other way to describe without being rude. Here a few receipts so she can educate her self on return poicy

What can I say? The store is neat and organized. The workers are very inviting and kind. I was complimented by one of the workers and it really made my day so much better. I love the energy inside that store. I will return soon.
I go to the Florida Disney Outlets all the time so I was expecting the same deals. There was one pair of ears for 12.99 that I purchased in FL for 2.99 last year! There were little to no pins. Zero Dooney & Bourke, as in they don’t ever carry it there: I asked. Half the store was on clearance but not the other half. There were lots of items that were priced normal disney store prices, as we had just left DisneyLand so I knew the pricing. Just not an outlet like it claims to be. 15% of the store is outlet and good luck finding what you would like in that 15%. Florida’s three outlets are 100% better!!!!
Great deals & friendly staff. I would suggest making a reservation before hand for 1. If not the wait is around the building at 9am.
Service: All the cast members are nice and helpful. Met Phillip, who was helpful at explaining Mickey Memories merchandise and store layouts. He was even helpful at giving advice to check out the other Disney stores in the area. I had another cast member asked me if I needed a shopping bag. Pretty rare to be asked at a Disney store. Cleanliness: Everything is where they are supposed to be. Items are usually in stock. They are quick to refold shirts and put back items in their original location. Ambience: The store is quite big. Lot of space to walk around. The clearance is located on the back right near the register. All the new merchandise is in the front. They use color stickers to help differentiate the sales items, which came in handy. They have a good selection of Disney parks merchandise.
