I have taken Basic Computer Skills Training as a fresher for Microsoft Word/Excel, and I’ve also taken Customer Service/Sales Training.. Best thing i decided to do! Connie Turner was my instructor for both weeks and she really knows what she is doing. Great personality and desire to help her students. Thankful for it all. I’m looking forward to more training

Customer Service Block 5: Phone Power and Block 6: Active Listening was a great experience. Instructor: Connie Turner really made the course enjoyable by interacting with each person that attended. Not only did we answer questions and share individually, we also worked in groups which allowed me to get to know the other participants and their work experiences.

The Customer Service course through CCWA, has been very helpful in my current front end position, and in ANY future position. It prepares and/or re-interates what ALL companies, corporations, business professionals, and entrepreneurs are looking for or need. Instructors are not only knowledgeable in their field, but are also open to ideas, opinions, etc. from the students. Getting a certification, shows initiative, and that customer relations is your TOP priority. The workforce will greatly benefit from you, and practicing what you learn, puts you ahead on ANY level.
