Very unprofessional management! High turn over rate. Not a great company to work for.They do offer a variety of shifts to work depending on your schedule.They do offer insurance. Super tight lipped about pay raises.Your not allowed to speak about pay increases or what you make an hour. They have little care for employee’s overall well being.Management can come and go as they please and nothing gets said about it. They lie, and will terminate as soon as you submit a written two weeks notice.It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with them. They will do anything to fill seatsLots of GREAT over-worked and under paid employees!! If your not management or have ties with management your at the bottom of the barrel.Many past employee’s have walked out due to the no care attitude of the company or rudeness of management. Great job for someone looking for temporary work but not long term. Get in and get out.

If going for an interview...beware to be made to feel inadequate for job...told your resume is not good enough...and if you have a past..be prepared to be judged on your past, not who you are today!! I have 23 yrs experience in Call Center Service, Inbound/Outbound CSR and never in all my years have I been made to feel the way I was when I interviewed here!
