This is by far the worst moving services. They give you a 3 hour window and not responsive when trying to coordinate. I do not recommend this company. There are smaller companies that provide better services than this name brand company. I was told not to use this company and use a different one but I decided to use them anyway. I did not do my research on reviews because if I did I would not have us them. Moving is already stressful and you would think they would try to assist with ensuring the actual moving process of your belongings are convenient. That is the furthest from their customer service protocol.

Hours are limited if you want to pick up your Pod. My fault for showing up unannounced at 530 because I was told when I got there by a lift operator that if I were to empty my container I needed to be there by 3pm because they close at 430. She was very kind and let me park my truck and empty the Pod- I got so lucky that my Pod was near the entrance and actually ready for me; I did request the Pod to be ready on that day as well by calling 2 days earlier.
They are extraordinarily inconvenient. They don’t tell you when they’re going to pick up or drop off the pod until the night before and then it shows up super late. It’s impossible to find a place to park them unless you have a super big driveway of your own. Getting a pod was the absolute worst decision I’ve ever made when it came to moving items or storing them. I would never use the service again. I regret it deeply
OMG!!! I love PODS!!! I wish I had gone this route with my other moves. I would have saved about 8000 and would not have had the damage I did with a traditional moving company. Everyone at PODS and Pack & Load were fabulous! They treated my stuff with care. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!!
Called for s quote for a cross country move and the rep was dismissive. I get that you have plenty of business but some courtesy goes a long way. Needless to say will not use them now or ever.
