Hired them to do some basic IT work, boy was that a mistake!! This company only has 1 person, so if you have a larger job it's best to look somewhere else. Talk about incompetent, the amount of IT knowledge this guy has can be held in a thimble. When he came to do the work, he was over 1 hour late; with no phone call to let us know. It took him over 1 hour to install a printer driver, then he charged us 135 for it... rip off!! STAY AWAY!
Doesn't compunicate well therefore causing an unpleasant interaction. If you want someone to help you this is not your guy.
Very, very unprofessional and rude.
