I happened upon Les Multack and his computer software expertise after I was hacked and needed assistance to clear things up. I found him through Google Maps as I was looking for a service close to my home. He was very helpful immediately and what he couldn't do he did after I dropped the computer off with him to work on as secure. I was very happy with his quick results and his instructions to me to secure the computer so that this would not happen again. The cost for all the time he spent with me and with my computer was very reasonable. It also just so happened that my computer was on its last legs so I secured his help and suggestions about the computer I needed to replace it. I found just the laptop that filled that bill. He then transferred my programs and files over to the new computer for me, then spent a considerable amount of time with me while I worked my way through the new computer so that all that I needed was again usable. Again, this was at a very reasonable cost with additional funds thrown in to maintain the ability to contact him and continue with questions I had about the initial setup. I will continue to use his services. He is very accessible and quite knowledgeable about these black holes called computers. Thank you Les for your help when help was badly needed. Lynn B
