I took my goddaughter's HP Laptop to have a wireless cable and hinge replaced. First, they couldn't ell me how long it would take to get the part. But this was the closest repair shop to my home and I needed the computer asap. I dropped it off on Friday, by Wednesday they had not gotten the parts. So, I went and got the computer with the understanding that when the parts came in, I would bring the machine back. Two days later, I received the phone call. I had to drive to the NE to get the computer. They aren't open on the weekends (another warning sign) so I had to drop it off on Monday. Two days later, I get the call it's fixed. I go to pick up this laptop, the back hinge was never replaced. There is the same gaping hole in the back that was there before, leaving the interior of the laptop exposed to dirt and dust. For the life of me I cannot figure how they would replace the wireless cable and tighten the hinge and NOT replace the hinge cover, leaving the interior of the laptop exposed to dirt and dust. Then the guy says I didn't tell him to replace the hinge cover. There is a hole big enough for two fingers to get in!!! What did he think replace the hinge cover meant? The part is maybe 14.00 and to get it replaced, they want to charge me again to open up the computer in the same way to put the hinge on. Before I pay them for opening up that computer twice, I'll find someone else with some integrity to put the hinge on it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

This place is great. Their custom built computers are better and cheaper than what you get from the big name brands. They have a quick turnaround time and are able to deliver locally. Support this local business and you won't be disappointed.
My DisplayPort cable broke off in the monitor port. The cable housing was no longer in place so I could not press down on anything to release the teeth that held it in place. I brought it in, they fiddled with it and were able to get it out. It took them only about 5 minutes and they didn't charge me. I'm glad I discovered these guys!

This place is awesome. I dropped my phone and it died. I took it to the Apple Store and they said it could not be repaired. They not only fixed the phone but were able to retrieve all my photos of my daughter which was my number one priority. This is the place when other places say No they say YES!! Everyone there was personable, competent and just plain nice. Great service reasonable prices. 5 Star Service and Price
