I would not recommend this company to anyone. They aren't worthy of a single star rating. Prior to this I was a Vaspian customer for years. I was told by a friend to give this company a try. I regret giving them a try as it has been one of my worst decision ever. The owner does not care about his customers, only his . I've wasted more of my time trying to sort out the problems they created for me than focusing on my business. The negatives starter shortly after day one from, the porting of my Spectrum account, double billing, poor customer service, and an owner who doesn't work with his clients. Today I arrived to the office just to find out that they had turned my phones off for non-payment with no avail. After a whole hour of wondering why the phone wasn't ringing, I tried calling out with no success. You cannot run a business without phones. There was no excuse for this, the owner had my personal cell # and could have reached out at any time, but chose not to. I'm sure I over paid just to have my service \switched back on\, as I had sent checks via my online bill pay and was waiting to hear back on the final amount due after said checks were applied to my account. Sounds reasonable to me, guess not to Comtel.... buyer beware..
