This place lived up to the reviews 100%! This was such a positive experience all around for us. We have shopped around at several places looking for rugs with the right style, size, and price point and could never find anything until we came here. We found so many choices that were in our price range. They have a huge selection of rugs varying in size and style and within reasonable price points. The team was above and beyond with customer service - they really knew what they were talking about and helped us find what we were looking for. 10/10 highly recommend.

I will admit, this is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Yaser was so helpful with picking out the perfect area rugs for our new home. He let me take several rugs home to actually see how they would look in my house. I purchased 2 beautiful area rugs. The Rug Gallery cut one rug down for a more customized fit in my dining room and made 2 runners out of the extra piece. They surge stitched the rough endings to match the original edging of the rug. I am very pleased.

The process of deciding on a new rug for our home at times was very frustrating and time consuming. Fortunately we found Yaser at Rug Gallery and I must say this was the best luck we have had in quite a while. Instead of searching over numerous rugs in no order we were giving options based on answers to our style.
