I had the worst experience with Maria Achury from Condoideas Realty Group. I was a great tenant that always paid on time and never gave anyone an issue during my rental at the Yachtclub at Portofino. Since day 1 she has been unprofessional to me. At the end of my lease she made me leave on New Years Eve, and not only that, she forced me to exit my apartment before 4pm so she can go home in time for NYE and do the apartment walk through. I was drying the bed sheets to make up the bed for the new tenant that was moving in the morning of 1/1/21 and I paid a cleaner 100 to clean the apartment and have it ready for the new tenant. She withheld an extra 150 from my security deposit for a cleaning lady after I already paid and had the apartment cleaned. I told her I will make up the bed once the sheets are finished drying, and she said no dont worry the new tenant wont mind making the bed (bc she was rushing me out of my apartment) then went on and said the 150 was taken out of my security deposit to have the bed made and bc my (non-sheding dog) left hairs on the couch and the new tenant was allergic. My dog does not shed and she is hypo-allergenic. I also asked her a month prior if there were anymore short term rentals available and she stated that there wasn't, meanwhile there were a few apartments available. She really had something against me and I am not one to post bad reviews but this is deserved. She really is something else. I truly feel terrible for anyone who has to deal with this woman.
