Great synagogue, very inviting. Everybody knows your name. Hazan Ben Moshe has an excellent non-operatic voice.

Listen, I am not religious and I never seek out synagogues to hang out in. But Beth El is different. ANYONE is welcome here, regardless of creed, religion or race. If you want a place where you feel at home, if you want to get closer to your Jewish and Israeli roots (or just to get to know them better) - look no further. You have it all in Beth El.
The Rabbi and his wife are the most welcoming people ever. They make everyone feel like family. Some of the members I've known since college, others I just met at Beth El, everyone feels like life long friends. Always a feeling of peace and happiness here.
A very warm and welcoming congregation! Everyone is very friendly and the services are very nice.
Truly a home away from home. You and your family will love this beautiful little congregation. Warm and friendly: it's an Austin gem!
