I cannot say enough great things about Dimitre. For starters, his professionalism is unparalleled – he is courteous, always responds in a timely manner, always answers all of your questions in detail, and generally stays on top of everything. He also takes his fiduciary duty very seriously and pursues the best possible outcome for you, the client, even if it means more work for him – in my case he was relentless in the pursuit of favorable conditions for us to refinance our home; we started the process in March and patiently waited until better terms are offered by the banks. When the time was right, thanks to Dimitre we had all our ducks in a row and we pounced on an amazing deal. It took only a week for us to close from that moment on. Further testament to his tireless pursuit of the best possible outcome for his clients is the fact that we first tried to refinance with one bank and went through all of the paperwork with them, and in the mean time they changed their terms. Dimitre suggested it may not be in my best interest to bow down to these antics and this resulted in him doing a lot more work until we found the right bank with the right terms. He was also able to take advantage of a couple of other hidden but important terms that allowed us to go through less hassle and save a lot of money in the end. Ultimately his efforts resulted in us getting an amazing deal on our primary home refinance, even the clerks at the title company were surprised at the numbers they saw on the Closing Disclosure. I wholeheartedly recommend Dimitre to anyone looking for a true professional to handle their new mortgage and refinancing affairs, and have already pointed a couple of close friends his way.
