The fine folks in my town endure daily Eversource outages however Pura allows rate hikes for services undelivered. Shameful overpaid bureaucrats.

Have to schedule an inside meter inspection. I told them I am sick and will not allow a technician into my house, there is a pandemic going on. They said too bad. Public health is none of their concern, only profit.

After all attempts to rectify a billing issue with the utility company a few months ago, I contacted this agency for help. The agency worked very hard to solve the issue and after about 1 month of effort the issue was resolved and the resolution was better than I could have hoped for. They truly came to bat for me and I'm unbelievably happy with the turn out. My situation was a bit unique and I was clearly not at fault, but without their help I would have been held responsible for a very significant charge incurred due to a billing issue at the utility company. If you have a legitimate cause for concern regarding your utility account, this agency is here to help you. Thanks again to all that helped with my issue. You're all amazing!

Just look at the rates we are paying and then there was the insane rate increase along with the terrible storm response. PURA needs to be investigated and some commissioner heads need to roll. They are not doing their job.

I worked here for 25 years. The management has gotten progressively worse over those years. Commissioners feel threatened and intimidated by any employees who are knowledgeable and competent, and only want to promote useless people (QN) into management. Totally hostile work environment. God help the poor line staff still there. Everyone Thought it could only get better when the mean old man left (who was only appointed because he was the AG’s brother in law), but only got worse.
