The nurse and PA were both amazing. I wish my experience was better because I would see them again, but this place is so disorganized and does not communicate with each other when there’s less than 10 people working in the office. I showed up without an appointment right at 8am to hopefully be taken in quickly. They take walk ins regularly so i didn’t think it would be a problem. The receptionist took down my info and told me to wait in my car because there were too many people in the waiting room (that’s totally fine) and they would call me when they were ready. After an hour and a half of waiting in my car, I called to see how much longer I would have to wait. The person who took my information down never put me on the list of patients waiting. They had no idea I was waiting and weren’t going to call me. I would’ve waited all day if I didn’t call to check. Once I walked in and filled out the forms, no one at the front desk apologized for their horrible error and making me wait for so long. I wanted for another 45 minutes in the waiting room even though they knew I was there before everyone else. Once taken in, it took 5 minutes and like I said the nurse and PA were both awesome. They also both apologized for an error they didn’t cause or know about. Do not go here.
The staff are amazing here. They are so pleasant and willing to work with you. This is the best urgent care place I've ever gone to.
Very polite staff very clean environment the doctors and nurses were all so extremely helpful and polite I really am happy to have chosen them for my visit. They go above and beyond to help and very respectful. Will highly recommend them to anyone looking to make an appointment!

Always very friendly and tend to get me in and out quickly compared to other walk-ins I've used in the past. Very clean and socially distanced, too.
