Conrad’s products are a miracle. Helped me get some tough stains out of clothes and carpet and upholstery, were thorough in helping me understand exactly how to use the products and taught me so much about cleaning. Staff is very helpful in figuring out what issues with cleaning you have, and how to make them easier. Nothing beats customer service at an independent business.
I took my Miele to another repair shop with no luck. Rick's service was exceptional. He fixed my issued and also helped me understand more about care and maintenance. He also walked me through some features and cleaning the filter over the phone. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Conrad Co.
Brought my rug doctor in for repair, they not only fixed it but also looked and found out the part was under warranty saving me a ton of money. I would highly recommend them!
