Always super fast & convenient, but the woman I had this year was super rude. Her name is Ashley and she was in slot 13... Seemed like she truly hated her job, I know everyone has bad days but her customer service was truly lacking. I mean I don’t like going into the tax office every year to pay more money to drive my vehicle but I still came in with a good attitude to hand over my hard earned dollars & I deserve the same respect from the people taking my money.

Hello, I just wanted to thank Kim at this Office who went out of her way to help me. We leased a car from BMW in Baton Rouge and they got the paperwork wrong 3 times. So nothing was in the system. Kim physically went looking for it and tracked it down and will call me if anything is missing.. She was so polite and professional and answered all of my questions. Julie last week who I spoke too was also very helpful. These two ladies should be promoted since their costumer service and professionalism sadly are rare these days. It was such a pleasure to deal with Kim this morning and even Julie last week and I wanted to thank them. I don't usually write reviews but these Ladies deserve a big THANK you.

i hope these guys communicate with my parents. Every other year this tax office increases the taxes disproportionately for cleared unimproved land. Montgomery County Tax Office seems to be assessing bloated valuations.

I went in today the older lady that was in desk 8 was soo rude. I asked her for a permit and she asked for my license I gave it to her she just told me no and threw my lincense at me and she wouldn’t even let me ask what I need for the permit. It’s incredible how they let this kind of people work. To be honest she should retired if she’s going to be treating people like this.
