Had a fantastic experience contacting the Consulate General for help after I’d been barred from boarding a flight to Indonesia and off loaded. Called and got straight through to a person who could assist me and was able to straighten out the issues with the airline, allowing me to board my flight straight away. Friendly and very helpful. I wish our consular services were this good!

One of the best embassy I've been !! Quick to answer phone call, staff answered all my questions and gave me indication on how to proceed to get the visa. Just went there to get a Socio-Cultural visa at somewhere at 3pm. Then I went home without it and to come back tomorrow morning before 12:30pm. I couldn't find the indication on the website nor that it was on google about a submission time.

We were extremely satisfied with the Consulate Service for passport renewal. Staff were helpful and friendly. Appointment was on time, it took less than 1/2 hour for interview/person.
