As a repeated, hard working, over working (for no bonus, no raise, not even praise) former employee... this call center is a hole... I apologize to any that still work there, but considering the fact that promotions were based on how much weed you could give the manager in charge; I'd say that's hardly fair for a honest, hard working employee trying to make it on skills and going above and beyond (within legal limits)... quite unfair

The new \Tech Team One\ IT services they are offering are awesome. I haven't seen a better priced Remote Virus Removal/Pc Tune-Up/ or Software help service that a better value than the one they offer.
