I called Dr. Hilarios' office and spoke with the receptionist and I explained I was wanting a procedure to shave a callous off my foot. I asked if my insurance would cover this and she said it would. I arrived at the Doctors office and was seen within a few minutes of my arrival. I explained to Dr. Hilario what I was needing and he explained that my insurance did not cover this but he would only charge me an office visit. Dr. Hilario looked at my foot and used what appeared to be a nail like tool, picked twice at my foot and was finished in a total of 5 to 8 minutes. I didn't complain because I was in shock that he had finished. Never again!!!
From the front staff to Dr.Hilario to even billing nothing but a great experience !!!! I initially came last year in a lot of pain from an Ingrown nail ! My insurance at the time was horrible and was taking forever to show up active and the office kept me updated twice daily on whether or not it went through to get my consultation and procedure done. I FINALLY came in and everyone was so welcoming especially the front staff ! The procedure itself my family has had done before with other providers and told me how painful it will be but with Dr.Hilario i literally did not feel ANY pain , a pinch on the last injection on the top but THATS it! Very caring facility please don’t let the reviews deter you away from the office ! They truly are amazing !!
No exam, just asked what the problem was. I told him I had a lot of pain on top of my foot. He told me that I just needed this 80 arch support. What a waste of time and money! No change after a month
