Last month I had 4 major heat and air companies come to my home to provide an estimate to replace an air conditioning unit. It was interesting to listen to each one present what they thought needed to be done.....not only to replace my unit but other issues they believed needed to be corrected to improve my air and heat delivery. Then, I called Brian Parsons, consultant for Freyaldenhoven Heat and Air, someone my sister has used for over 10 years. He came out to my home, and I shared what I had been told by the other companies who had come to give me a quote. He spent time inspecting the entire heat and air system, making notes, and explained what actually needed to done versus things which would not contribute to improved functionality or the life of the system as previously presented by the other heat and air companies. The quote he gave me not only included replacing the air conditioning unit, but also included repairing and replacing duct work that had fallen apart and building a new plenum as the one we had was old and breaking apart, and sealing (foaming) the boots under the house and intake area inside the house, The crew who came to do the work were the most polite and respectful young men, Nick and Seth. They were an efficient, hard working, quality minded, detail-oriented and customer friendly team. By the way, the quote I received was very competitive in the marketplace
